We collect information directly from you when you choose to engage our services, subscribe, call or email us, or otherwise provide information to us. In line with data protection laws we are only able to process personal data where we have a valid reason to do so.

We will use your personal data to fulfil our role as education consultants, meet our contractual obligations, send you information about the education sector which we think may be of interest to you and deliver a high quality service to clients. We may subscribe you to our newsletter, if your express permission was granted. If any of the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, you may ask us to correct it.
The information you provide to Waypoints may be sent to schools, tutors and/or tutoring companies, education consultants, education psychologists or other persons involved in the school search process. Other than sharing information on the basis outlined above we will keep your personal information confidential and will not pass it on to any third parties unless we are required to do so by law.
Your information will only be kept for as long as necessary in accordance with GDPR laws. We will keep your personal data for a commercially reasonable period of time for the purposes stated above and retain it for a period of up to 8 years from the date you are no longer an active client.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that your information is kept safe and will endeavour to protect it from unauthorised access.
You have the right to object to our use of your personal data and to ask us to delete it if there is no need for us to keep it. Please inform us in writing if you think we are retaining or using your personal data incorrectly. We shall delete any such data within 3 business days, unless there is a legal reason why we are not allowed to do so.
Under the GDRP laws, you have the right to request a copy of all personal information that we hold about you at no cost. We will also correct any inaccuracies in your information at your request. Please make your request in writing to the business address of Waypoints and we shall respond to you within one month, as required by law.
